School holidays are around the corner and I’ve been dreaming about a winter getaway for the family. I’m a sucker for scrolling through online accommodation listings and first read about Afristay.com on a blog a year or two ago. When they approached me to review their site, I was totally up for it and I must admit that I spent a silly amount researching local accommodation options for my wishlist last night.
Charlotte is a fellow heart mama that I ‘met’ on Instagram a few years back and I’ve loved following her family’s journey. She’s a dynamic girl mom and I have no doubt that her girls will grow up as fierce little feminists who will change the world. I was pretty convinced that there wouldn’t be a single decent smiling photo from our recent family shoot with Tabs from Grand Little Adventure, but I was so wrong! Our Kira can be four seasons in ten minutes and her chaotic behaviour properly threw out our family dynamics and set the boys off. The morning could have been a disaster, but Tabs was so relaxed and calm that she just subtly snapped away in the background and managed to capture some beautiful moments in the midst of a busy morning with young kids.
